From the beggining of the scene it had created a sense of mysteriousness because we had a close up of the hands (gambling), which means that audiences would be curious about the two characters, which is important because we would have to gain audiences attension. And also the dramatic music that begins suggests to the audience that something bad is going to take place (building tension). And that the slow movement of the camera is making the audience wait desperately to reveal what is going on. The tilting and canting movement makes audience confused and that audience is feeling the same as James Bond.

good editing and music skills but i thougt it could be impoved by the camera tecniques on the scene on the stayers.

Good use of music and sound effects when your "James Bond" drunk the poison. Bathroom scene made me feel like I was part of it when camera was using a PoV as someone's watching James. You could of improved it a lot by adding different camera shots in the bathroom since your group shot it continuously and made it kinda boring. Add in some more props, maybe a suit? And more close ups to show facial expressions. Good use of locations.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was good for example the editing but then they can improve on putting different sound track. Also they can try to make their scene more original. The reason why I said this is because Karim ended up on the stairs when James Bond was in the car.

ReplyDeleteYour analysis is very brief Minyee considering so much happens within your clip. You have begun to analyse well, you just need much more of it! What could you say about the stairs scene? How did the close ups create meaning, how did the sound of the heartbeat create meaning? Make sure you write as much as you can.
